| Kate Gosselin files lawsuit against Jon Gosselin over alleged hacking Posted: 27 Aug 2013 02:50 PM PDT By Tony Maglio LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Kate Gosselin filed a civil action against ex-husband Jon Gosselin in Pennsylvania District Court on Monday, accusing him of violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. In the documents, Kate alleges that Jon hacked into her email account, her phone and bank accounts. She also contends that he stole a hard drive from her house and gave all materials to his friend and business partner, tabloid reporter Robert Hoffman.
