In the documents, Kate alleges that Jon hacked into her email account, her phone and bank accounts. She also contends that he stole a hard drive from her house and gave all materials to his friend and business partner, tabloid reporter Robert Hoffman. The documents then were used to publish a book by Hoffman titled, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World," the suit claims. ...
